This RF-system is able to test products in an 868 MHz frequency range, for example radio systems, heat-cost distributors, water and heat meters. It is designed as a semi-automatic manual work station and allows parallel placement and automatic functional test of two-times two DUTs in a tandem arrangement. To guarantee a stable measuring result, the test system has two identical RF-chambers.

For a complete automated production test of various electronic assemblies and PCBs, an In-Line test system with automatic component handling was developed. The system is designed to test different products  with a simple fixture kit refitting in the test cell. Typical DUTs include circuit boards for power supplies and several other electronic PCBs.

The KT-Mini-Sphere is a uniform light source based on the integrating sphere concept. Combined with precise current amps and photodiodes for internal adjustment it’s capable of accurate intensity and color correlated temperature (CCT) control. This enables testing of camera shading or finding of dirt particles (blur) or defective pixels (hot or cold)

For a leading manufacturer of home automation equipment we developed a universal test system for testing complete product families of jalousie and dimmer applications. This test system includes in-circuit test, flashing of the DUTs and complete functional test. Additionally, the build-in RGB LEDs are calibrated in color and brightness.

This test system is a typical base setup for many applications testing automotive products, consumer electronic devices, industrial electronics solutions and medical devices.
