电气自动化工程师 Automation Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

主要工作：

1.     PLC programming and troubleshooting.

PLC 程序编写与调试

2.     Use electronic drawing software to design electrical systemdiagrams, electrical equipment layout diagrams and electrical wiring diagramsof automated test equipment.

使用电子绘图软件设计自动化测试设备的电气系统图，电气设备布局图和电气接线图等.

3.     Model selection of electrical components.

电气部件选型, 测试与调试；

4. Organize the building of control cabinetsfor customized test equipment.

搭建非标测试设备的控制柜；

5. Evaluate and manage the electrical partsoutsourcing vendors.

电气外包部分供应商评估和管控；

6. Solve technical problems and estimate costand time.

解决技术问题并估算成本和时间；

7.Participatein field tests and trouble-shooting with product improvement proposals.

参加现场试验并处理电气故障，提出产品改进措施；
8. Prepare production documents, manuals, and other relevant documents.

准备生产文件、使用手册等相关文件资料；

9. Monitor product usage to improve future design.

监控产品使用情况以改善未来设计；

10. Cooperate with the group's internationalteam to communicate and implement the localization of electrical solutions.

与集团国际团队合作进行电气方案本地化的沟通与落实。

Qualifications

任职资格：

‍

1. Electronics, electrical or relatedmajors, college degree or above;

电子、电气或相关专业，大专及以上学历；

2.More than 3 years of experience inelectrical design and practical operation;

3年以上电气设计和实操经验；

3.Proficient in SCL language(SIEMENS/BECKHOFF/CODESYS) and ladder programming

熟练使用SCL语言（SIEMENS/BECKHOFF/CODESYS）、梯形图编程
4.Familiar with electrical wiring,electrical control cabinet design, electrical component selection;

熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型；
5.English can be used as workinglanguage;

可以用英语作为工作语言；
6.Can participate in design work andon-site practice

可以参与设计工作和现场实操.
