LEON Gen III - Tester Family

The LEON Gen III tester family is designed with focus on maximum flexibility and usability in different configurations. All variants share the same set of instruments and are based on pure PXI or PXI plus ABex extension. Konrad offers five main tester variants covering the most critical use cases. For low-pin count, MDA-only applications Konrad offers a solution built entirely into the test adapter and for intermediate requirements at low cost. We also offer a desktop based solution. A bench-type test station is provided with maximum flexibility and a wide variety of additional functional test modules. For complex and high pin count applications Konrad offers a Rack and InLine series depending on customer’s requirements.

LEON Desktop

LEON Inline Flexcell

In high volume manufacturing we offer a standard ICT system, based on our fully automated test handler KT LEON Inline Flexcell. The ABex based tester is vertically integrated into the test handler using pogo-pin based test interface board connecting without cables from the test probe to the test fixture, resulting in a high performance, low-maintenance test solution with extremely high signal integrity. The handler integrates well with industry standard board handling equipment including conveyors and sorting stations.
