  • ESS, HALT, HASS Tester: Stress test systems expose components to extreme heat, cold or vibration in order to prevent early failures. For this purpose, we design customised special test equipment for specific systems without standard testers (Special to Type Test Equipment STTE).

Application: A functional test system for a landing flap lever was developed for an aerospace manufacturer, focusing on electrical and mechanical testing, including position detection.

• Multifunction DAQ (16-bit, 1.25 MS/s)

High Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) Test System

Application: Stress Screening Tests were designed for the aerospace industry to assure quality through temperature cycling from -40°C to +85°C and multi-axis shaking, ensuring early detection of failures and defects.

Key Test System Capabilities:
• DUT interfacing via exchangeable test adapters
• Control of climatic chamber and shaker for test sequences
• Automated verification of software and hardware parameters
• Data storage in result files compliant with aerospace standards, such as ABD0100.

Avionics Equipment Universal Test System

Application: A universal test system using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components was developed to test complex Avionics Equipment, such as the Tactical Mission Computers for mission critical programs under strict confidential compliance rules. This system, based on LEON, conducts in-depth testing at three levels: LRU (Line Replaceable Unit), SRU (Shop Replaceable Unit), and PMC module level, using standard interface adapters.
