Landing Flap Lever Functional Tester (FCT)
Application: A functional test system for a landing flap lever was developed for an aerospace manufacturer, focusing on electrical and mechanical testing, including position detection.
Key Function Test specifications: • Programmable AC Source: 115V / 400Hz • Central system power supply with emergency stop • Multifunction DAQ (16-bit, 1.25 MS/s) • DUT Communication: ARINC 429
High Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) Test System
Application: Stress Screening Tests were designed for the aerospace industry to assure quality through temperature cycling from -40°C to +85°C and multi-axis shaking, ensuring early detection of failures and defects.

Avionics Equipment Universal Test System
Application: A universal test system using Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components was developed to test complex Avionics Equipment, such as the Tactical Mission Computers for Eurocopter Tiger and NH90 programs. This system, based on LEON, conducts in-depth testing at three levels: LRU (Line Replaceable Unit), SRU (Shop Replaceable Unit), and PMC module level, using standard interface adapters.

Avionics Equipment Maintenance Test System
